Biography
Dr. Mohammad Riyad Education and Credentials
Dr. Mohammad Riyad holds an S. JD degree, recognized as the highest degree in law offered by any law school in the nation. His scholarly contributions to legal research, including works submitted to the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona and to the Special Rapporteur for Indigenous Peoples at the United Nations Human Rights Council, have significantly enriched legal knowledge in his fields of expertise.
Dr. Riyad also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and a Bachelor of Law from Al-Ahliyah University in Amman, Jordan. In 2013, Dr. Riyad passed the New York Bar Exam (N.Y. Bar) and subsequently the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE). His intensive legal studies have shaped his personality, producing a sharp and true legal scholar in his field. Due to restrictions imposed by the Arizona Supreme Court on attorney admissions, which require each bar candidate to have a J.D. degree from an accredited American law school, Dr. Riyad was unable to sit for the Arizona Bar.
Consequently, he took the New York Bar, which precludes him from practicing in the state of Arizona. However, the scope of services provided by Dr. Riyad at Merit Solutions does not fall under these practice limitations. 20 Years of Experience Dr. Riyad established his first tax office in Phoenix, near the prestigious Biltmore area, in 2004. He specializes in tax return preparation for individuals, self-employed persons, small businesses, partnerships, corporations, and non-tax-exempt organizations.
Over his 20 years of practice, Dr. Riyad has assisted numerous individuals and entities in preparing and submitting their taxes. He has also guided many through IRS and state audit processes, tax settlements, abatements, balance forgiveness, and other tax-related matters. Additionally, Dr. Riyad is an expert in business planning, asset protection, and financial management.
Dr. Riyad is also knowledgeable about country conditions and can provide expert insight on related matters at any court.

Naya Nissani
Naya Nissani, from Mesopotamia carrying the genes of Hammurabi (𒄩𒄠𒈬𒊏𒁉) and Mkhitar Heratsi (Մխիթար Հերացի) born in Algeria, raised in Kuwait, lived in Baghdad and Erbil, Iraq lived for a while in Beirut, Amman, and Damascus.
Hold a Master degree in the international law from University of San Diego 2015. Worked with the United Nations as a Human Rights Officer(2009-2014) Worked with the USAID- Louis Berger Group as a legal Avisor in Iraq (2007).
Worked with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office as a Release Specialist (2016-2018) then an Inmate Classification Specialist (2021-2024). I'm happily joined Dr. Mohammed Riyad's team at " Merit Solutions " I feel I'm in the right place to chase my dream and follow my passion in assissting poeple and put a smile on their faces.

Talar Eid
I am Talar Sarkissian, Armenian ,born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. After graduating from High School 12th grade, I entered Balamand University of Beirut for studying nursing degree. After one year, I married and relocated to Dubai, UAE.
There, I became involved in my husband’s Events and Entertainment Company. This sparked my interest in the field, leading me to pursue intensive courses in events and hotel management.
I spent 12 years working in Dubai before moving to the USA. I was then hired by Merit Solutions, where I was trained by Dr. Mohammad Riyad to become a proficient Legal Document Preparatory specialist. I am passionate about working in the service industry, as it brings me immense satisfaction. @Naya
